Affiliate Program Terms

1. The program

The Press Mage Affiliate Program (the "Program") is operated by CSP Geeks LLC ("CSP Geeks," "we," "us"). It rewards approved affiliates ("Affiliates," "you") for referring new customers to Press Mage. These terms, together with the Press Mage Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, govern your participation. Referral tracking, the affiliate portal and payouts are provided through Rewardful, whose terms also apply to your affiliate account.

2. Joining

You apply through the affiliate portal. We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion, without giving a reason. You must be at least 18, able to enter a contract, and provide accurate information about yourself, your business and how you intend to promote Press Mage. You must keep that information current.

3. Commission

• Approved Affiliates earn 20% of each eligible payment made by a referred customer during the first 12 months after that customer's first payment.
• Commission is calculated on the amount actually collected, after discounts and coupons. Taxes, government fees, pass-through charges, refunds, credits and chargebacks are not commissionable.
• Custom, enterprise or specially discounted agreements are commissionable only with our written approval.
• Higher commission levels may be offered to individual Affiliates by invitation. They are not automatic and may be withdrawn prospectively.

4. Attribution

• A referral is recorded when a visitor follows your tracked link. The tracking window is 60 days from the click.
• Where more than one Affiliate referred the same customer, credit goes to the most recent qualifying referral before the customer signed up or purchased, unless a specific campaign states otherwise.
• A customer who existed before your referral, or who is your own business, employee or account, does not qualify. Self-referrals are prohibited unless a campaign expressly allows them.
• We may decline or reverse attribution we reasonably believe results from a breach of these terms.

5. Clearing and payout

• Commissions clear 30 days after the customer's payment, to allow for refunds, chargebacks and payment failures. A refunded or reversed payment reverses its commission.
• Cleared commissions are paid monthly by PayPal or Wise once your balance reaches $50. Smaller balances carry forward.
• You are responsible for any tax due on commissions and for supplying the tax documentation we request (for example a W-9 or W-8). We may withhold payment until it is provided.

6. Promotion rules

You may promote Press Mage using the links and assets provided in your portal, and your own honest content. You must not:

• bid on "Press Mage," "CSP Geeks," any Mage product name or confusing misspellings in paid search, or run ads that appear to be ours, unless we authorise it in writing;
• register domain names, social handles or pages that impersonate Press Mage or CSP Geeks, or present yourself as our employee or agent;
• state false prices, invent discounts, make unsupported claims about the Services, or publish private or confidential pricing we supply to you;
• use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, adware, spyware, misleading redirects, automatic referral insertion or any technique that records a referral without a genuine click;
• send unsolicited bulk email or messages, or promote Press Mage on sites containing unlawful or objectionable content;
• offer referred customers any inducement other than the incentives we publish for the Program.

Where advertising or consumer-protection rules require it, you must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission from your recommendation.

7. Customer incentives

We may offer referred customers an introductory discount as part of the Program. Such offers apply only to eligible services, do not combine with other promotions unless a campaign says so, and may be changed or withdrawn for future customers at any time. Your commission on a discounted payment is calculated on the amount the customer actually paid.

8. Relationship

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in the Program creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship, and you have no authority to bind CSP Geeks. Customers you refer contract directly with CSP Geeks under the Press Mage Terms of Service; we own the customer relationship, billing, support and delivery.

9. Changes, suspension and termination

• We may change the Program, including commission rates, durations and eligible products, on 30 days' notice through the portal or by email. Changes apply prospectively; commissions already earned are unaffected.
• Either of us may end your participation at any time. Cleared commissions earned before termination are paid on the normal schedule.
• We may suspend or remove an Affiliate, and withhold or reverse commissions, for breach of these terms, fraud, chargeback or refund abuse, or promotion that damages the Press Mage brand.

10. Liability and law

The Program is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Program is limited to the commissions payable to you in the twelve months before the claim arose. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute is subject to the courts located there.
