Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 20, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how CSP Geeks LLC ("CSP Geeks LLC," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with Press Mage, our SaaS applications, hosting services, and related managed services (collectively, the "Services").

Scope. This Policy applies to our business customers — the individuals and organizations who register for and purchase the Services ("Customer," "you"). Press Mage is a business-to-business hosting and software platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from your end users, site visitors, or customers as part of operating the Services; Customer Content hosted on our infrastructure is controlled by you, and you are responsible for your own privacy practices and disclosures toward your end users.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account and Billing Information. When you create an account or purchase the Services, we collect information such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address, and payment details (processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers).

2.2 Service Usage Data. We collect information about how you and your authorized users access and use the Services, including login activity, configuration settings, support requests, IP addresses, device and browser information, and similar diagnostic and performance data.

2.3 Hosting and Infrastructure Logs. As part of providing hosting and SaaS infrastructure, we automatically generate server, network, and security logs (e.g., access logs, error logs, resource usage metrics) necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Services.

2.4 Communications. If you contact us for support or other inquiries, we collect the information you provide in those communications.

2.5 Customer Content. Customer Content you upload, host, or store using the Services remains under your control. We do not inspect or use Customer Content except as necessary to provide the Services, to provide support you request, to ensure security and integrity of our platform, or as required by law. See Section 4 of the Terms of Service for more on Customer Content.

2.6 Cookies and Similar Technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies on our website and within the Services dashboard to authenticate sessions, remember preferences, and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect functionality.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Process billing and payments and manage your account;
  • Provide customer and technical support, including managed services;
  • Monitor, secure, and troubleshoot our hosting infrastructure and detect abuse or security incidents;
  • Communicate with you about the Services, including updates, security notices, and administrative messages;
  • Send marketing communications where permitted, which you may opt out of at any time;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy; and
  • Analyze aggregated, de-identified usage trends to improve the Services.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

To the extent applicable law requires a legal basis for processing (for example, if you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom), we rely on the following bases: performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, compliance with legal obligations, and, where applicable, your consent.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, cloud infrastructure, email delivery, and analytics, under contractual obligations to protect your information;
  • Legal Compliance: when required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CSP Geeks LLC, our customers, or others;
  • Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections; and
  • With Your Consent: in any other circumstances where you direct us to share information or provide consent.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

6.1 Active Accounts. We retain account and billing information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services.

6.2 Upon Cancellation. Consistent with our Terms of Service, when you cancel or your account is terminated, Customer Content and associated account data are deleted from our active systems immediately, or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter. We may retain limited billing and transaction records as required for accounting, tax, audit, or legal compliance purposes, and residual copies may briefly persist in routine backups before being purged in the ordinary backup rotation.

6.3 Logs. Infrastructure and security logs are retained for a limited period as needed for security, troubleshooting, and abuse-prevention purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

7. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring of our hosting infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

8.1 Access and Correction. You may review and update your account information at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

8.2 Deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to the retention exceptions described in Section 6.

8.3 Marketing Communications. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails. You will continue to receive transactional and administrative messages related to your account.

8.4 State Privacy Rights. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to know, access, correct, or delete personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12. We will verify your request before acting on it.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy with a new effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as email). Your continued use of the Services after the updated Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance.
