Billing basics

  • Social Media Management is a recurring subscription, billed monthly or annually.
  • It appears under Billing, where you can see invoices and the renewal date, and in the project's Billing Summary.
  • Extras listed as priced separately (such as rush work, extra platforms or extra revision rounds) are new work: ask the team in the project's discussion, and you receive an invoice to pay before the work goes ahead.
  • Cancel plan in Billing stops the service at the end of the current billing period.
  • Payments are made through Stripe's secure checkout; card details are not stored by Press Mage.
