After you order: My Projects

After payment, your package appears as a project in My Projects. Nothing is built automatically: a person picks it up. The project starts as Pending Review, and its status badge then follows the work, through stages such as Scheduled, Discovery, In Progress, Waiting on Client, Client Review, Revision, Launch Ready and Completed.

Click View Project Details to open the project page, which brings together:

• Overview. Order date, start date, point of contact, project type, billing type, project manager and target completion.
• Scope Summary and Important Notes from the team.
• Project Milestones, with due dates and progress.
• Recent Updates posted by the team.
• Files & Deliverables, listing the files the team has shared with you. To download a file, click its name in the Discussion & Updates comment it was posted with. If a file you need is not attached to a comment, ask the team in the discussion.
• Billing Summary.
• Team Access, where Set Me as POC makes you the project's point of contact.
