After you order: where to find it

After payment you see a confirmation that your subscription is being activated, and Press Mage emails you when your service is ready. There is nothing else for you to start.

A care plan becomes several separate things in your portal:

• The hosting service appears in My Hosting, with its own service page for domains, security, backups and settings.
• Applications such as Help Desk, Kanban or Mage Intake appear in My SaaS Apps, each with its own service page.
• Included add-ons (backups, CDN, caching, analytics, SEO scanning and similar) are listed in the Add-ons section of the service they belong to. They show Awaiting Provisioning at first and switch on automatically once that service has finished setting up. Managed add-ons such as Digital Mage Team move through Planned, Onboarding and Implemented as the team works through them.
• An included design package becomes a project in My Projects, starting as Pending Review. The team contacts you to schedule the work.

To point your client's domain at the new site, open the hosting service and use Add Custom Domain in its Domains section.
