What is included

Every care plan states its contents on its plan card. Across the range you will find combinations of:

  • Managed hosting. Semi-managed WordPress hosting or static site hosting, the foundation of the plan.
  • Protection and performance. Daily backups with a stated retention period, a global CDN and, on some plans, a private Valkey object cache for WordPress.
  • Client service tools. Applications such as GVenta Help Desk, GVenta Kanban and Mage Intake, so you can take client requests, track work and collect information in one place.
  • Insight. Mage Stats website analytics and Mage SEO Helper scanning on some plans.
  • Hands-on help. Digital Mage Team support, where the Press Mage team helps with updates, content and site improvements within the plan's monthly limits.
  • A website build. Some plans include a one-time WordPress or static web design package, charged once with your first payment.

Every Press Mage site also benefits from the platform's own protections, such as automatic SSL certificates and a web application firewall.
