Billing basics

A care plan is a recurring subscription, billed monthly or annually. Annual billing shows its saving at checkout.
Plans that include a design package also show a one-time setup amount. It is charged once with your first payment and does not repeat on renewals.
The whole plan appears as one subscription under Billing, where you can see its invoices and renewal date.
Cancel plan in Billing ends the care plan at the end of the current billing period. The services in it stay active until then and are then queued for removal, so move or back up anything you need first. The cancel dialog lists any add-ons that end straight away instead. On accounts billed by invoice, cancelling takes effect at once and the team sends your final invoice.
The portal has no self-service plan change. To move to a different care plan, open a ticket from Support.
