Asking for work and getting help

  • Website build. Open the project in My Projects and use Discussion & Updates to share content, ask questions and give feedback. You can attach files up to 50 MB each.
  • Digital Mage Team work. Email your request from your account email to the support address shown on the Support page, or open a ticket there and choose the site under Related service. Describe the change you need.
  • Anything else. Use Support in the sidebar to open a ticket, or email the support address shown on that page from your account email. Choose High priority only when a site or service is down.
