Files
Files opens the space's shared folders. A folder tree on the left and breadcrumbs at the top keep you oriented. Open a folder to see its files.
Details view lists each file with its name and type, a scan badge, its version, who uploaded it and when, its size, and Preview and Download buttons. Icon view shows thumbnails instead. The toggle at the top switches between them and remembers your choice.
Scan badges. Every upload is scanned for threats before it can be opened.

| Scan pending | Queued for scanning; download is not yet available |
| Threat detected | Blocked from preview and download; contact your space administrator |
| Not scanned | No scan information yet |
Versions. A file that has been replaced shows a version pill such as "v3 · 3 versions". Click it to open the version history and download an earlier version.
Preview works for images, PDFs and plain text; other types download instead.
