Forms and Form Requests

Form Requests in the sidebar lists forms assigned to you, each with a progress bar of required answers, its due date and a Fill Out or Continue button.

Open one and answer the fields: short and long text, email, phone, dropdowns, choices and checkboxes. Save Draft keeps your progress without submitting; Submit Form checks that every required field is answered and sends it. Once the agency accepts or closes the request, the answers are shown read-only.

Some agencies also publish standalone Forms, reached from an email link. These work the same way, can include a file upload field, and can be submitted once.
