Templates

Templates save setup work. Four kinds share one page:

  • Space Templates. The folders, groups, forms and file requests a new space starts with.
  • Form Templates. Reusable field sets for forms and form requests.
  • Request Templates. Reusable item lists for file requests.
  • Signature Templates. A signing mode, contract, expiry and participant roles. A role can name an Org Role Key so the signer is picked automatically from the organization's signature roles.

System templates cannot be deleted.
