Billing basics

IT Support Desk is a recurring monthly subscription: the base plan plus each seat line. There is no annual option.
It appears under Billing with its invoices and renewal date, and the seat breakdown appears under Your Seats on the project.
Cancel plan in Billing stops the service at the end of the current billing period.
Microsoft 365 licences supplied through the service must be cancelled before their renewal date. Cancelled licences are not refunded, so ask the team to cancel licences you no longer need ahead of the renewal date.
Payments are made through Stripe's secure checkout; card details are not stored by Press Mage.
