Ordering IT Support Desk

From the website. Order Now on a plan card at pressmage.com/solutions/it-support takes you to the Press Mage portal to sign in or create your account. It does not start an order or ask for seats: once you are signed in, follow the portal steps below.

From the portal.

  1. Click Add Solution in the sidebar and choose the Professional Services filter.
  2. Find IT Support Desk. Under Per-User Seats, enter how many users you need of each type. At least one seat is required.
  3. Click Select Plan on the base plan you want.
  4. On Confirm Your Plan, check the seat lines and the monthly total. Change seats takes you back to adjust them.
  5. Click Continue to Payment and pay through Stripe.

Accounts billed by invoice see Request Subscription instead. The team reviews the request and invoices monthly once it is active.
