Projects

The Projects page lists every project you can see as cards with a banner image, name, number, description and counts of backlog and active stories. Star a card to add it to Favorites.

Finding a project. Search by name or description, filter by whether a repository is linked, and sort by name, created date or activity. Clear All resets the filters.

Archived projects. A link at the top, "N archived", opens the archived list, where an Admin or the project's owner can Restore one.

Creating a project

Click New Project, enter a Project Name (required) and a Description. If your installation links projects to Bitbucket or GitHub, choose a repository from the list, or type a repository name when the source is set to manual entry. Click Create Project.

You become the project's Owner, and the board starts with four lanes: Backlog, In Progress, Review and Done.

Project settings

The gear icon on the board opens Edit Project (Admins, the creator, and project owners and admins). Change the name, description and repository, upload a Banner Image (JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP up to 5 MB, ideally 1200 by 600 pixels), or Remove Image.

Below the divider, Admins and the creator can Archive Project, which hides it from every list until restored, or Delete Project, which permanently removes the project with all its stories and comments.
