Roles
There are two layers of access.
System roles are set by an admin on each account:
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Admin | Everything: every project, every story, plus the Admin section of the menu |
| User | Every active project. Can create projects and edit the ones they created or own |
| Restricted | Only the projects they have been added to as a member |
Project roles are set per project on its Members page:
| Project role | Access |
|---|---|
| Owner | The person who created the project. Cannot be removed. Can archive and restore it |
| Admin | Can edit the project and its lanes, and add, remove and re-role members |
| Member | Works inside the project. This is how a Restricted user gets access |
A story can be assigned to any Admin or User, and to any member of its project.
Accounts marked AI Agent show a small bot badge on their avatar wherever they appear.
