Users

User Management lists every account with role, number of project memberships and status. Edit changes an account; Deactivate disables it (you cannot deactivate yourself).

New User asks for a name, email, role (User, Restricted or Admin, each described on the form), a password of at least 8 characters, and the AI Agent checkbox for automated accounts. There is no welcome email, so pass the password to the person yourself.

Edit User changes the name, email, role and AI Agent flag, and sets a new password when the password fields are filled. The sidebar lists the user's project memberships; those are changed on each project's Members page.
