The board
Open a project to see its board.
Header. The project's image, number, name and description, a link to its repository when one is linked, the star, Add Story, and icons for Manage Members, Edit Project and Manage Swim Lanes for those allowed.
Epics strip. When the project has epics, each shows its story count, how many are done, a percentage and a progress bar. Show stories lists its stories; View All opens the project's epics page.
Filters. Search by title or assignee, and narrow by assignee (including Assigned to Me and Unassigned), priority, type and due date (Overdue, Due This Week, No Due Date). Column counts update as you filter. Filters apply to the board in front of you and reset when the page reloads.
Cards. Each card shows the story number, type and priority badges, the title, the assignee and the due date. A due date in the past turns red.
Moving cards
Drag a card to another lane or to a new position in the same lane. The move saves immediately. Moving a card also updates the story's status to match the lane:
| Lane type | Story status becomes |
|---|---|
| To Do | Backlog |
| In Progress, Blocked | In Progress |
| Review, Testing | Review |
| Done, Deployed, Abandoned, Archived | Done |
There is no undo for a move; drag the card back if needed.
Quick actions on the board
- + on a lane header opens Quick Add Story. Enter a title and click Add Story; the story is created in that lane with default type and priority.
- Click the assignee on a card to pick a different person, or Unassigned. The change saves at once.
