Admin: Branding

Admins only. Branding makes the portal look like yours. Changes apply immediately to everyone.

Setting	What it does
Portal name	Shown in the sidebar, the browser tab and emails
Support email	The reply-to address on portal emails, and where people are told to write for help
Primary colour	Buttons, links and the active menu item
Accent colour	Highlights and secondary elements
Logo	Shown on the sign-in page and in the sidebar. Upload a PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP; a wide logo on a transparent background works best. Remove it to fall back to the default
Favicon	The small icon in the browser tab
Welcome heading and Welcome message	The text on the home page above the website cards
Email sender name	The name portal emails come from
Email footer	A line at the bottom of every portal email, for example your company address

Preview your changes by opening the sign-in page in a private window.
