A website shows "No data received yet".
The tracking code is not on the site, or not on the page people visit. Check the Tracking Code page, confirm the code is in the page's <head>, then check Tracking Health after a few minutes.
The numbers differ from Google Analytics. Mage Stats counts without cookies and ignores known bots, and it does not sample. Expect it to be close on page views and lower on "users", since it does not follow people across devices.
Can I see who a visitor is? No. Sessions are anonymous. There are no names, emails or IP addresses anywhere in Mage Stats.
The SEO tab says the site is not connected. An admin can connect it from the SEO page. If you are a client, ask your portal admin. Data appears after the first sync, and Search Console figures always run two to three days behind.
My sign-in link says it has expired or was already used. Request a new one from the sign-in page. Links are single-use and time-limited. If it happens repeatedly, set a password from your profile and sign in with that.
I want another website added. Websites are added by whoever manages your Press Mage account. Once added, an admin can tick it for the clients who should see it.
