Admin: People

Admins only. People is where you decide who can open the portal and which websites they see.

The list

Each person appears with their name, role, the websites they can see, their last sign-in and actions:

• Send sign-in link emails them a fresh link. Use it for a new invitation or when someone cannot find theirs.
• Edit opens their details.
• Remove takes their access away. Removed people are shown as such and no longer receive links.

Adding a person

1. Click to add a person and enter their Name and Email.
2. Choose a Role:
   • Admin: sees every website and can manage people and branding.
   • Client: sees only the websites ticked below.
3. For a client, tick the websites they may see. A client needs at least one.
4. Save. The portal emails them a sign-in link.

Editing works the same way, and a client's websites can be changed at any time; the change applies the next time they load a page.

The website list itself is managed by whoever runs your Press Mage account. Websites appear here as they are added there.
