Hosts and Calendar

Hosts are the people who attend bookings. One host can be on any number of booking teams. Add a host with a name, email (their Microsoft 365 mailbox), title, time zone, photo and a description shown on booking pages, and mark them Active. New hosts are invited to the portal by email. A host with upcoming bookings cannot be deleted.

Calendar is a read-only overview of every calendar connection on the instance: each booking page's organizer connection, hosts' own calendars, and any unassigned connections, with health details and recent errors. Connections are made from a booking intake's Calendar section or by hosts in their portal, not here. Approved mailboxes lists which mailboxes may act as organizer or host.
