Emails visitors and hosts receive. Confirmation, reminders, rescheduled, cancelled, and a follow-up after the meeting. Which answers appear in each is set per question in Intake Questions. Subjects can be templated; the body layout is fixed.

Submission statuses. Valid, Invalid, Spam.

What Mage Intake does not do. Forms have no file upload, conditional logic or multi-page steps, and fields are reordered with arrows rather than dragging. Submissions have no pipeline stages, assignment or notes. Bookings have no payments, group events or recurring meetings, and bookings can only be created from the public page. Calendar connections are Microsoft 365 and Google Calendar only, with Teams links available for Microsoft 365.
