Intake questions

Intake Questions is the Form Builder for a booking intake. Beyond the usual field settings, each question has a Booking role that tells Mage Intake what the answer means: Invitee name, Invitee email, Invitee phone, Company, Job title, Additional attendees or Meeting purpose. Name and email roles are required on every booking intake.

Four checkboxes decide where each answer appears: In calendar event, In host email, In invitee confirmation, or Sensitive, which keeps it in the submission only.
