  • GVenta Help Desk. The helpdesk address, a service API Token created in the help desk, the form field that holds the requester's email, and a fallback requester email so tickets are never dropped. Test Connection checks it.
  • Mage Mailer. The workspace address and an API token created in Mage Mailer. Test Mage Mailer Connection checks it.
