The Form Builder

Form Builder is where you design the form.

Form Settings. A Layout (Stacked, Compact, Two Column or Inline), the Submit Button Text, the Success Message shown after submitting, the Error Message, and an optional Redirect URL to send people to instead of the success message.

Fields. Pick a type and click + Add Field. Types: Text, Email, Phone, URL, Number, Date, Textarea, Select Dropdown, Radio Group, Checkbox Group, Single Checkbox, Hidden Field and Consent Checkbox.

Each field has a Key (lowercase letters, numbers and underscores; this names the answer in exports and webhooks), a Label, a placeholder, help text, a Required checkbox and an Export column checkbox. Choice fields take Options, one per line as label:value. Move fields with the up and down arrows; Remove deletes one.

Templates can be applied here too; applying one replaces the current fields.

The Preview on the right renders the form as visitors will see it. Click Save Form to publish changes; they are live immediately.
