Color Scheme. Sixteen colours with a preview: primary and secondary colours for buttons and links, success, background, text and border colours, and the backgrounds and text colours used for message headers, staff replies, client replies, internal notes and the ticket panel. Save Colors applies them; Reset to Defaults restores the standard scheme.

Client Portal Branding. The Company Name, Logo (PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP or SVG, up to 2 MB, 36 to 48 pixels high works best) and Logo Alt Text shown on the client sign-in page and portal header. Save Branding.
