Notification history

History, linked from the Channels and Rules pages, lists every alert Mage Watcher has sent or tried to send, newest first.

Filter with All, Sent, Failed, Skipped or Waiting. Each row shows:

  • When (UTC).
  • Notification. The type, linked to its incident where there is one.
  • Monitor.
  • To. The channel, or GVenta Help Desk for help desk tickets.
  • Result. With the reason for anything that failed or was skipped, for example that the site recovered before the wait was over.
