Reports
Reports shows availability for one month at a time. Choose a Month and click View.
The table lists every enabled monitor with its group and:
- Availability. The percentage of monitored time the site was up, to four decimal places.
- Monitored. How long the monitor was being checked in the month, as hours:minutes:seconds. At present this figure, and Downtime, show only the part beyond whole days, both here and in the monthly PDF. A monitor checked for a full 30-day month shows 00:00:00, and an outage of 1 day and 2 hours shows 02:00:00. Availability is always calculated on the full time.
- Downtime. Time lost to confirmed outages. False alarms never count.
- Incidents.
- Avg response. The average response time in milliseconds.
Monthly report email. On the first day of each month, everyone with access to your workspace receives Your Mage Watcher monthly report, with the previous month's report attached as a PDF. It lists each monitor's address, availability, monitored time, downtime, incidents, average response time and whether its SSL certificate was valid.
