Signing in

Your Mage Watcher account is created when you order Mage Watcher through Press Mage, with a sign-in for the email address on the order. Your Mage Watcher address and your first password are on the Mage Watcher service page in your Press Mage portal, under Address and Your sign-in, where you can show and copy the password. Open dashboard on that page takes you straight there. The email telling you the service is ready links to the same page; the password itself is not emailed.

Signing in. Open your Mage Watcher address, enter your Email and Password and click Log in. Tick Remember me to stay signed in on that browser.

Forgotten password. Click Forgot your password?, enter your email and click Email password reset link. The email opens a page where you enter your email, a New password of at least 8 characters and Confirm password, then click Reset password. This is also the way to change your password, since there is no profile page inside Mage Watcher.

More than one workspace. If your sign-in has access to more than one Mage Watcher workspace, a Select a workspace page asks which one to open after you sign in. With only one, you go straight to the dashboard.

Logging out. Click Log out at the bottom of the sidebar or at the top right of any page. On a phone the top-right button is an icon.

Other people. There is no screen inside Mage Watcher for adding team members. Every plan includes unlimited users: to give a colleague their own sign-in, contact Press Mage support with their name and email address, and we add them to your workspace. Everyone who can sign in to your workspace has the same access: they can see and change every group, monitor, rule and setting.
