SaaS applications

Each app's panel shows its address, database, admin email and admin password (with Show and copy), and quick actions.

• GVenta Helpdesk. Open Helpdesk, Admin Panel, Client Admin, Sync PressMageAdmin. The pencil next to the admin email opens Edit Helpdesk Admin to change the admin email and password; saving restarts the app briefly.
• GVenta Kanban. Open Kanban, Login Page, Sync Kanban Admin, and Edit Kanban Admin.
• Mage Shares. Open Mage Shares, Login Page, Sync Mage Shares Admin, and Edit Mage Shares Admin.
• Mage Intake and Mage Mailer. Open App, Manage Users and Sync Admin.

Application version. A tile shows the deployed version and the latest available. Click Upgrade to v… to update; a full-page overlay reports the rollout, and you can close it and check back later. If an update did not finish, the tile offers Finish update.

Managing users in Mage Mailer and Mage Intake

Manage Users opens a list of the app's users. + Add User asks for name, email, role and an optional password; leave the password blank to have one generated. The password is shown once. Reset Password generates a new one immediately and shows it once. Roles:

• Mage Mailer: Admin manages settings, users and compliance; Worker works contacts, campaigns and the sending queue.
• Mage Intake: Owner and Manager administer users; Viewer is read-only.
