Campaign reports

Report on any campaign opens its performance for a date range: Last 7, 30 or 90 days, Since first send, All time, or custom dates.

  • Headline tiles. Sent, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Bounced, Spam Reports and Unsubscribed, each as a percentage of sent, plus click-to-open rate, median time to first open, how many emails Mage AI wrote, chain status and list size.
  • Activity by day or hour with a toggleable chart and table.
  • By chain email. The same figures for the primary email and each follow-up.
  • Top clicked links, Opens by client and Bounces & not sent, including emails deliberately held back and why.
  • Contacts. Everyone sent to, filterable by outcome, with opens, clicks and last activity.

Download CSV exports the full contact table; Download PDF produces the report with an optional contact table of the first 400.
