Lists

A list groups the contacts a campaign reaches. Lists shows them as cards with type, contact count and brand, and a per-list sending switch.

New List asks for a name, the List Type, a Brand Profile and Signature used when writing its emails, an Email Type (Cold or Promotional) and a description.

• Manual Review. Contacts are queued by hand from Review & Send. A manual list can run several campaigns.
• Drip. New contacts are verified automatically and valid ones are queued into the list's single campaign. With Mage AI personalisation on, each new contact is researched and gets a draft written from the campaign's primary email, held in Review & Send for approval instead of queued.

Sending on / Sending paused. Pausing a list holds every queued email from its campaigns; new contacts still queue and wait. Resuming releases them in order.

The list page shows contacts, verified emails, campaigns, emails sent, and verified, open and click rates; the list's campaigns with Review & Send, Report, Edit and Delete; and its valid contacts with Verify All. Buttons at the top add contacts, import, run Prospect Finder, and create a campaign with New Campaign or From Template.
