Email Compliance

Admins only. The details assembled into the footer appended to every email:

  • Business / Display Name, Legal Organization Name, and the physical address. A street address and city are required by law for commercial email.
  • Website, contact email, phone and privacy policy URL.
  • Offer a preference center, which adds a "Manage email preferences" link for per-list opt-outs beside the always-present unsubscribe link.
  • The Commercial notice sentence and an optional, truthful reason the recipient is receiving the email.
  • A Footer style: Classic, Centered or Boxed, with previews.
  • Consent policies. Countries where cold outreach requires prior consent (cold emails to contacts there are skipped unless they are Opted In or Customers), and how many soft bounces in 30 days suppress an address. Hard bounces and spam complaints suppress immediately.
