Review & Send
Review & Send is where manual-review campaigns go out, one contact at a time. Open it from a list, the builder or the campaign details.
The worklist shows the campaign, its sender, and counters for to review, sent, queued, drafts to approve, skipped and suppressed, with open and click rates. Only valid contacts appear; the page says how many are hidden. Contacts with an AI draft waiting show Personalised draft ready.
The composer for one contact:
- Research with AI looks up the contact and their company and reviews their website: what they offer, their calls to action, observations, opportunities and details worth referring to. Treat it as AI-sourced and verify before use.
- Choose the From address, a Brand profile, optionally a product to focus on, the Email type, and any Instructions for AI.
- Generate with AI writes the subject and body, using the research, the campaign's primary email as a reference, your house style and the list's signature. A Quality check panel scores the draft against a rubric for personalisation, instructions, clarity, call to action, links, rules, subject and compliance.
- Edit anything. Include an image generates an image from a description and adds it to the body.
- Choose an action: Send Now sends immediately, Add to Queue hands it to the sending queue to go out under your limits, and Schedule sets a date and time.
Skip Drip removes this contact from the campaign's worklist without sending; they stay on the list and can be un-skipped from their contact page. Suppress Contact stops all future email to the address.
If a list is paused, Send Now is unavailable and queued emails wait for the list to resume. If Mage Mailer decides an email must not go, the reason is shown, for example that the recipient has unsubscribed, the address hard-bounced, consent is required and not on file, or the compliance profile has no physical address.
