Campaigns and the chain builder

A campaign belongs to a list and holds a primary email plus a chain of follow-ups. Campaigns lists them with search and filters by list and message type; each card offers Review & Send, Details, Report and Edit.

Create a campaign from a list page with New Campaign, which opens the chain builder as a draft, or From Template.

The chain builder

The builder shows a setup panel until three things are done: Name the campaign, Write the primary email and Assign a verified Send From.

The chain is a diagram. The Primary Email card starts it. Add an Evaluation after a wait of days and hours, and choose which outcomes get a follow-up: Clicked, Opened, Not Opened, or Always for a single unconditional follow-up. Each branch gets its own email card; click Edit email to write it. Add further evaluations down any branch, and finish branches with an End Campaign card, whose wait gives opens and clicks time to arrive before the contact is scored. Remove on a card removes everything beneath it.

The Enrollments panel shows who is in the chain, who has completed it and the average score: one point per opened email and three per click. Top Campaign Scores lists the most engaged contacts.

AI Campaign Builder designs the whole chain for a new campaign. Describe the audience, the offer, the tone and how persistent to be, choose a brand profile and optionally a product, and pick Cold or Promotional. Generate Chain produces a plan you can inspect, Regenerate, or Approve & Create Chain. It uses Mage AI Tokens.

Save as Template captures the campaign as it stands for reuse on other lists.

Campaign details

Details shows enrolments, emails sent and delivered, opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, spam reports and skips by reason, and a table of every contact with their chain progress and engagement. Click a contact for their activity: each chain email with its status, and the delivery and engagement events beneath it.
