Suppression List and Compliance Audit Log

Suppression List is every address Mage Mailer will not send commercial email to. Unsubscribes, spam complaints, hard bounces and repeated soft bounces land here automatically; add addresses by hand with a scope of all email or one list, and a note. The list is checked immediately before every send and overrides list membership, imports and anything already queued. Removing an entry is recorded in the audit log; lifting a spam complaint or hard bounce requires typing the reason to confirm and giving a justification.

Compliance Audit Log records every compliance-relevant change in order: imports, consent changes, campaigns created or reclassified, messages queued, sent and skipped, unsubscribes, suppressions created and removed, bounces, complaints and preference changes, with who did it and the before and after state.
