The setup checklist

Nothing can be sent until four things are done. The Dashboard shows the checklist with progress until then, and the Sending Queue stays locked.

  1. Complete the Compliance Profile. An admin sets the business name and full mailing address under Settings → Email Compliance. The law requires a physical address on commercial email, and the footer goes on every message.
  2. Add and verify your first email account. An admin adds a sending address under Settings → Email Accounts and completes domain verification.
  3. Create your first List.
  4. Create your first Campaign.
