The Sending Queue

The queue holds emails added from Review & Send and by drip lists, and sends them under the Send Controls: sending must be enabled, the time must fall within the send schedule, and the hourly and daily caps must not be reached. The Sending Capacity strip shows all of this live.

The master switch reads Sending enabled or Sending disabled; disabling holds everything.

Each queued email shows the contact, subject, campaign and scheduled time, with Paused or Held: list paused pills. Row actions: Send now, ahead of its slot; Pause or Unpause; and Delete, which also removes the contact from the campaign's list. Manual sends are limited to ten per hour per person.
