Campaign Templates, Brand Profiles and Signatures

Campaign Templates are chains saved from your own campaigns with Save as Template. Edit changes the wording of the primary email and each follow-up and the wait before each evaluation; the structure stays as saved. Create a campaign from a template with From Template on a list.

Brand Profiles tell the AI who you are: a description, the voice and style, primary, secondary and accent colours, and up to twenty Products & services, each with a URL, description, features and problems solved. The AI references these and is told never to invent others, so specific entries produce specific emails. Mage AI Create Brand Profile reads a website and drafts the profile for you to review.

Signatures are appended to the emails of any list they are assigned to. Fill in the details you want used (the AI never invents a title, number or address), choose an image from the Media Manager, pick a brand profile for colours, add layout instructions, and click Create. Review the preview, Redo if needed, edit the HTML if you like, and Save. If a signature's links break, the editor flags it and offers Rebuild links from fields.
