Mage Prospect Finder and Prospects

Mage Prospect Finder searches for businesses matching your keywords and finds contact emails on their websites. One prospect credit is spent per business returned, whether or not it yields a usable email; credits never expire and are bought as Prospect Finder pods from your Press Mage service page.

New Search. Name the search and choose the list contacts will be added to. Enter up to five Search Terms such as "italian restaurant" and up to five Locations; every term is searched in every location. Refine with Open & operating businesses only, Has a phone number, Verified listing, a website filter and a rating filter. Include company insights adds industry, size, revenue, founding year and type for each business at a higher credit cost. Set the Result Limit and click Search.

Mage Prospect Finder lists your saved searches as cards with status, contacts found and last run. Cards update in place while a search runs. Run or Run again asks how many prospects to find and continues from where the last run stopped. Duplicate copies a search as a new draft; drafts can be edited until their first run, after which only the name and list change. Archive searches you no longer need.

Review Results shows every business a run returned and whether it became a contact: Imported, Duplicate, Invalid, Skipped or Pending. Found emails are validated and usable ones are added to Contacts and the list straight away.

Prospects is every business Prospect Finder has ever found, with rich filters (outcome, state, city, category, website, email, phone, social profiles, company insights, rating) and Export Prospects to CSV. Businesses with no usable email can still be worked through Social Media.
