Activity

Activity, in the Admin group (Owner and Administrator), is the workspace's audit trail: who did what, and when.

Each row shows When, Who, What, the Item and the Change (the values before and after). Use Filter by area to narrow it to Links, Campaigns, Users, API tokens, Workspace or Reports. Fifty entries show per page, newest first.

Recorded events include:

• Links. Created link, Edited link, Changed where link points, Turned link off, Turned link on, Archived link.
• Campaigns. Created campaign, Edited campaign.
• Users. Invited user, Revoked invitation, User joined workspace, Changed user role, Removed user.
• API tokens. Created API token, Revoked API token.
• Workspace. Changed workspace settings, plus changes made by Press Mage such as Changed link allowance, Suspended workspace and Resumed workspace.
• Reports. Changed report settings.
