Saved reports and exports

Saving a report

Save this report, on any Reporting Center view, saves the view and its filters under a name you choose. It does not save today's figures: opening it later recalculates everything from the clicks recorded by then.

Owners and Administrators can tick Share with everyone in this workspace. Everyone else's saved reports are private to them.

The Saved reports tab lists your own reports and shared ones, marked Shared, with Open and Delete. You can delete your own; Owners and Administrators can also delete shared ones. Deleting a saved report does not affect any data. Each person can keep up to 200 saved reports.

If a saved report was about a link or campaign that no longer exists, opening it tells you so.

Exporting

For roles that can export (Owner, Administrator, Manager and Analyst):

  • Download CSV downloads the table you are looking at, with the same filters, search and sort.
  • Download Excel downloads a workbook with a summary sheet and one sheet per table.
  • Export PDF (also for roles that can manage reports) generates a PDF of the view with your filters. It is created in the background and appears on the PDF reports page when ready.

Elsewhere in the app, Export CSV buttons download:

Where What
Links page Every link and its settings
Campaigns page Every campaign, status, link count and dates
A link's page That link's daily figures for the chosen period
A campaign's report That campaign's daily figures for the chosen period

Daily figures include total requests, human clicks, automated and unclassified requests, estimated unique visitors, and the top country, source, medium, referrer and device for each day.
