Roles
Everything in Mage URL belongs to a workspace: your agency's links, campaigns, presets, reports and users. Each person has one role in each workspace they belong to.
| Role | What they can do |

| Owner | Everything, including making other people Owners |
| Administrator | Everything an Owner can, except making someone an Owner |
| Manager | Create, edit and archive links; create and edit campaigns; use the UTM Builder; view and export analytics; generate PDF reports and manage monthly delivery |
| Analyst | View and export every number, generate PDF reports and manage monthly delivery. Cannot create or change links or campaigns |
| Viewer | View the dashboard, links, campaigns and reports. Cannot change, export or generate anything |
Only Owners and Administrators see the Admin group in the menu (Users, Activity and Settings) and API & Integrations.
A workspace always has at least one Owner. The last Owner cannot be removed or given a different role until someone else has been made an Owner.
If you belong to more than one workspace, for example your agency's and a client's, you can switch between them from the menu (see Getting around). Your role can be different in each.
