What visitors see

When someone follows a working short link, they are sent straight to the destination.

When a link is not working, they see a page explaining why, without revealing where the link pointed or who owns it:

Situation Page heading
No link at that address This link isn't available ("The short link you followed doesn't point anywhere")
The Expires date has passed, or the status is Expired This link has expired
The Starts date has not arrived This link isn't active yet
The status is Disabled This link has been turned off
The status is Archived This link has been archived
Stopped by Press Mage This link has been stopped
The workspace is not currently active This link isn't available ("The account it belongs to is not currently active")

Each page suggests asking whoever shared the link for an up-to-date one, and offers Report this link (or Report a suspicious link). The report form asks for the link, what is wrong with it and what happened, with an optional email address, and gives the reporter a reference number. Reports go to Press Mage, not to you, and Mage URL does not notify you automatically when one of your links is reported or stopped. A link stopped by Press Mage keeps its own status in your Links list, so the only sign in the app is that visitors see This link has been stopped. If you think one of your links has been stopped, contact support.
