The Reporting Center
Reports in the menu opens the Reporting Center, where you investigate traffic in depth. Everyone in the workspace can use it.
Tabs
- Overview. Headline figures for the whole workspace, top campaigns and top links, and the analysis panels.
- Links. Every link with its traffic in the period: human, automated and total requests, estimated unique visitors, campaign, created date and last human click. Search by title, short code or destination, and sort by any column. Click a link for its own report, with its short URL, current destination, the UTM parameters on the destination, and the same panels for that link alone.
- Campaigns. Every campaign with its dates, status, number of links, traffic and last human click. Click one for its report, including its links ranked best first.
- Compare. Line up two to five links or campaigns. See Comparing links and campaigns.
- Saved reports. See Saved reports and exports.
PDF reports & monthly delivery, at the right of the tabs, opens the PDF report page (see PDF reports and monthly delivery).
Filters
Click Show filters to open the filter bar:
- Date range. Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Previous month or Custom range with From and To dates. A report covers at most 366 days.
- Campaign, Link, Source (UTM), Medium (UTM), Country (approximate), Device and Browser, each allowing several values. The Link list shows the 500 most recent links; use the Links tab to search all of them.
- Traffic class. Human, Automated, Unclassified or All traffic. This decides what the charts and breakdowns count.
- Time grouping. Automatic, Hour, Day, Week or Month. Only groupings that suit the date range are offered.
- Compare with previous period.
Click Apply filters. Each active filter appears as a chip under Filtered by; click a chip's cross to remove just that one, or Clear all. Reset filters starts again. Filters stay with you as you move between tabs, and every view has its own address, so you can bookmark it or use the browser's back button.
If a date range cannot be used as entered, for example the start is after the end or it is in the future, a notice explains what is shown instead.
Panels
Depending on the view: Traffic over time, Traffic quality (requests by traffic class), Traffic by source, Traffic by medium, Top referrers, Device distribution, Browser distribution, Approximate geography, Clicks by day of week and Clicks by hour of day.
Above the panels, a line says what is being counted (for example, human clicks) and when the figures were read. The header shows the date range and the timezone every date, day and hour on the page uses. How to read these figures at the foot of each view explains the limits of the data.
