AI Credits

Everything Mage AI does uses Mage AI Credits. Each request reserves an estimate first and is then charged what it actually used, usually less. If a request fails, nothing is charged.

The Owner and Administrators open AI Credits in the Admin group. Other roles have no link to it in the sidebar.

• Available, This month (credits used) and Held for running work (reserved credits).
• Your plan. Your monthly AI Credits allowance and what you have used of your brands, social accounts, posts this month and storage. Team members are unlimited. To change your plan, use the Press Mage portal.
• Transactions. Every credit added or used, filterable by type.

Controls

The Owner and Administrators can set:

• Monthly credit limit. Leave it empty for none.
• Warn me below. You are notified when the balance drops below this many credits.

Click Save.

Your plan includes a monthly allowance of AI Credits. Buying extra credits online is not available yet. To get more, move to a plan with a larger allowance in the Press Mage portal, or contact Press Mage support to have credits added. (The page says to ask your "Mage Engage administrator"; that means Press Mage, not your own account's Administrators.)
