Facts, AI Guidance and Intelligence
These three sections hold what Mage AI may say about the brand and how it should say it. Content Creators, Administrators and the Owner can edit them.
Facts
Brand → Facts holds claims Mage AI may state as fact, such as prices, capabilities and programme terms. Only approved, active facts are used. Instructions about how to write belong in AI Guidance instead.
New Fact asks for the Fact, an optional Category (for example Pricing) and Source (for example Pricing page). Facts you add are approved by you as you save them. Facts suggested by Mage AI are marked AI suggested and wait as Pending review; click Approve on the list, or Edit to change the wording, the Review status (Approved, Pending review, Rejected) or untick Active.
AI Guidance
Brand → AI Guidance holds instructions that steer how Mage AI writes, such as "Avoid aggressive sales language". Guidance shapes content but is never stated publicly as fact.
New Guidance asks for the Instruction, a Type (Do / emphasise or Avoid / never) and a Priority from 0 to 1000. Untick Active to pause one.
Intelligence
Brand → Intelligence holds what Mage AI may know about the brand beyond the profile. Each item has a Title, Category, Content and optional Source. Categories are Positioning, Competitive differentiator, Company story, FAQ, Testimonial, Case study, Statistic, Certification, Award, Important URL, Approved claim and Prohibited claim.
Two options control how an item is used:
- AI may reference this.
- Approved for public claims. Untick it and the item is used as background only, never stated publicly.
Only approved items are used. Items you add are approved as you save them.
AI Brand Builder. Click Build with AI to have Mage AI read the profile and your AI-referenceable sources and propose items. They wait as Pending review; Approve or Reject each one. It uses AI Credits. Filter the list by status and category.
