Roles

Everyone on your Mage Engage account has one role. The person who owns the account is the Owner and can do everything.

Role	What they can do
Owner	Everything, including managing the account's people
Administrator	Everything except deleting the account: brands, social connections, schedules, all content, approvals, publishing, AI Credit controls and integrations
Content Creator	Creates and edits posts, articles, campaigns, products, audiences, brand knowledge, content pillars and templates; uses Mage AI; submits posts for review
Reviewer	Reviews and edits posts, then approves them or sends them back
Publisher	Edits, schedules and publishes posts, and retries, cancels or abandons failed ones
Viewer	Read-only access to the brand, the calendar and posts

A few things need more than editing rights:

Managing a brand (its settings, Profile, Voice, Holidays, Posting schedule, Blogs and social connections) is for the Owner and Administrators.
Approving posts and articles is for Reviewers, Administrators and the Owner.
Scheduling and publishing are for Publishers, Administrators and the Owner.
The Admin group in the sidebar (Activity, Notifications, AI Credits, Integrations and Manage Brands) appears for the Owner and Administrators.

Everyone can see their AI Credits balance and their notifications.
