Posting schedule

The posting schedule is the set of times each week that the brand posts. When you schedule a post you can then choose Next available slot, which takes the earliest free slot. Set it up under Brand → Schedule. Only the Owner and Administrators can change it.

Templates

Posting schedule templates are ready-made weeks, such as Consistent Scheduling, Morning Business and Leisure Later. Each shows its category, how many slots a week it has and its description; Show times lists the times per day. Apply template fills the editor below. It does not save, and it never creates, moves or publishes posts.

Weekly slots

For each day, + Add time adds a slot (up to 12 a day) and the cross removes one. Copy to… copies a day's times to Monday–Friday or Every day. Each slot holds one post; list a time twice to allow two posts at that time. Times are on the clock in the brand's time zone and stay put when the clocks change. Click Save schedule.

Next 14 days

The panel at the bottom lists every slot over the next two weeks:

• Free, with next available marking the first free one.
• The post that holds it, with its status.
• Clash when more posts than slots are at that time.

A slot that is already full cannot take another post. Moving or scheduling a post at a slot time that is taken shows which post holds it. Times that are not slots are always free to use.
