Custom images and Image Sets

Mage AI can make an image for a post from reference pictures you choose. The image is added as the post's first picture. This option appears only when custom images are available, and only to people who can use Mage AI (the Owner, Administrators and Content Creators).

Making a custom image

On a new post or in Create with AI, tick Create a custom image with Mage AI.

• Reference pictures (up to 4). Add them from the Media Library or upload them. For each, say how Mage AI should use it: Use for style, Use for character, or Other with a note.
• What should the image show? Optional. Mage AI adds no text or logos unless you ask here.
• Use a saved set loads a saved Image Set's pictures and description.

Only use pictures and characters you have the right to use. The image is made after the post is saved or written and uses AI Credits.

Recreating an image

The post page shows the Custom image with earlier versions underneath; earlier versions stay in the Media Library. Under Recreate image — what should change?, describe the change (for example "Warmer colours, no text"). Leave Start from the current image ticked to edit the current one, or untick it to start fresh from the reference pictures. You can change the reference pictures or switch to a saved set. Click Recreate image; the cost estimate is shown beside the button.

Image Sets

An Image Set is a saved, named group of reference pictures with how Mage AI should use each. Save one from the custom image section, and your team shares it. Brand → Image Sets lists them with how many pictures each has and how often it has been used. Rename and Delete manage them. Deleting a set never removes its pictures from the Media Library or images already made.
